Is this how it works? Ha! Got it!
Hey, this is the equivalent of getting in touch with the mighty Kumou Tenka - yours truly - if I'm otherwise busy. Tell me what you need and I'll get back to you as soon as possible! Talk to you soon.

[ ACTION ]
[ Don't mind him, he'll just take FOREVER AND A DAY to prepare food for Tenka because... because.. it's not easy to get food ready with his current injury. But it's going to be more than just a snack— that's for sure.
He first makes some onigiri, filling the inside of it with mayo and chicken, and then some with simply seaweed. Next, he makes a helping of soba in a nice container, followed by a few servings of dango. It's going to be a mini feast for sure, and he thinks Tenka will like it.
When the door is knocked (no window this time, how odd—), Tenka will see an Elizabeth who is assisting with the trip to his place, but also pushing Katsura in a wheelchair.
How surprising.
His right leg is concealed by his clothing, but Tenka may get a glimpse of what seems to be many metal pegs and rods as it is reconstructed and as it heals. He calls from the outside: ]
Tenka-kuuun, your food is here—!
[ ACTION 1/2 ]
He finds out way too soon what that means.
In truth, he'd been waiting by the window and when there's a knock at the door, he initially thinks that it must be someone else who's stopping by. Yet when Katsura's voice filters in through the door, he blinks and wonders what could bring about the change.
Then he realizes that even he, who loves to push the limits of what he can do in a wheelchair, probably wouldn't be able to scale up to a window in it.]

-- do you think this is a joke?!
[To his credit, Tenka doesn't ever think that Katsura would intend to insult him -- which leaves the simple fact that the other is in a wheelchair because he needs to be. Which has too many other unfortunate implications.]
Who did it? I'll kick their ass after I'm done kicking yours!!

"Please, calm down—
Tenka-san..!
It was an accident.
Not anyone's fault."
Katsura eases a breath, a small smile fixing on his face to see Tenka get so angry— for him. It causes a small warmth to fill in his chest. He's usually the guy that is pushed off to the side and ignored, but to know Tenka holds him in such high regard. Why, it makes him feel even flustered.
It's true, it wasn't anybody's fault, but Katsura would argue it was his own. It was his own for putting himself and others in a dangerous situation and for that purpose he hasn't been feeling his usual confident self lately.
In fact, he is feeling much like a failure and this has been going on for weeks. ]
Tenka.
I don't think you could kick much ass given the state you are in.
[ He sympathizes. ]
Allow me in— I'm sure you are hungry.

Katsura's words are placating and Elizabeth's trying to get him to settle down too, but the fact of the matter is that right now - for whatever reason - Katsura can't walk and if anyone knows how frustrating that is, it's Tenka. He's gritting his teeth even as he rolls his wheelchair back to allow Katsura room to enter and he scoffs.]
I've been in this for a lot longer, Kotarou -- I can definitely still take down whatever asshole did this to you.
-- and don't think you're off the hook, either! What did you do?!

Katsura isn't wearing any sandals, but socks, so he doesn't bother to take them off (I mean, he's not really stepping on the floor but he would have taken them off if he had them on.) ]
If you feel so strongly to push this blame on someone, the enemy that was able do this to me is perished. You don't need to worry.
[ Katsura is prideful. Admitting something is his fault never, EVER happens. But here he is, admitting somebody else did it just because Tenka feels like it should be that way.
It's his fault, though. ]

Don't tell me not to worry. [Though at least that's more of a grumble.] Of course I'm going to worry, idiot.
You can't just show up at my door like that -- I can't just take it easy now! Are you sure they're gone?! How'd you get into that kind of mess anyway?
[He has so many questions and there's one that he hasn't bothered to ask yet.
Is it permanent?]

[ Katsura heaves a sigh, though, Tenka's concern is appreciated; he usually doesn't have people so openly worry about him and the attention is.. nice. He wouldn't argue about that. Zura wheels around, a little bit closer to Tenka so he doesn't have to yell and they both can just.. have a conversation at eye level now. ]
I blew them up— with a bomb.
That's how I know. It was just a robot. [ just a robot, of all things, how shameful. ]
There were many of them.. we were infiltrating the Research Lab, but the robot fired at the bomb and it.. exploded prematurely.
I was pinned under rubble.
[ He was crushed, more like it, and shards of bones from his leg were sticking out of his skin. ]
